1. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, (I took a nap on the hide-a-bed sleeper, and it was the most comfortable hide-a-bed mattress I have ever slept on.

Pros: VERY comfortable bed, great shower and bath, extremely quiet rooms, free shuttle to and from Sea World, nice outdoor area with fire pits, free parkingCons: VERY slow check in, expensive breakfast, charge for local calls, no free internet/WiFi in rooms, pool water could use improvementAdded tip: We found out after we checked out that there is a nice walking trail somewhere behind the hotel property.

5. Yes, the Hyatt (literally down the road) is a much better value, but you will spend twice as much for a good bed, a nice bathroom, and good staff.
