1. We got new towels and the bed made, but apparently the hotel is short on glasses.

5. They let us check out late that evening without paying for the final night of our stay and they cleaned the glass out of the van and covered the seats with towels so that we could safely sit in the van.

We paid rack rates because it was through Sea World, but it was $480 for 2 nights including breakfast and 2 free backpacks with stuffed Shamu's (worth $10 each) , dolphin beach towels and dollar store toys for the kids, and 4 free s'more coupons (worth $4 each) and the free shuttle service made it seem like a reasonable deal.

8. So i of course had to go on a towel run at 11 o'clock at night.

9. We noticed that there were only 3 bath towels, no wash, no hand and there were 4 of us in the room (this was written about in previous reviews and they still have not fixed this issue).

10. We made it back to our room about 8 pm and once again noticed the room as hot and you guessed it, only 3 towels for 4 guests.
