Pros: friendly staff (always smiling & greeting), clean rooms, timely responses to requests & room service, beautiful outdoor patio & pool area, great location, comfy bedCons: small, cheaply furnished rooms, our room was missing a hotel information binder, the suites were unimpressive in terms of size, fixtures & furniture, noise carries throughout hallways, a locked room was burglarized in our party, several burglarized cars in parking lot.

5. Housekeeping was great at taking care of the toddler crumbs left behind and was very happy with the cleaning job they did though the couch and floor could use a good steam clean and the patio could use a good sweeping.

6. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear babies crying next door, people walking and talking in the halls and our room was on the third floor above the bar and outdoor patio where there was loud music playing every night until 10 pm.

7. As a Hilton Honors Gold member we recieved free passes the Breakfast buffet, so while my wife got ready one morning, my two year daughter and I went down to breakfast, we were seated in the patio area(the only ones in the patio area) and yep you guessed it NO ONE waited on us the whole time.
