After numerous messages to them with no return calls, i called hilton directly- they contacted the

and he said he was not going to cover our stay and didnt care what circumstances we had.

, they then transferred me to another person who would'nt provide their name and said I couldn't speak to the

and had to go through a centralized customer service process.
