1. In the food/beverage operation, it always seemed like employees and managers were busy worrying about potential rush of customers rather than taking care of existing customers.

9. After numerous messages to them with no return calls, i called hilton directly- they contacted the manager and he said he was not going to cover our stay and didnt care what circumstances we had.

10. I asked to speak to the manager, they then transferred me to another person who would'nt provide their name and said I couldn't speak to the manager and had to go through a centralized customer service process.
