Pros: VERY comfortable bed, great shower and bath, extremely quiet rooms, free shuttle to and from Sea World, nice outdoor area with fire pits, free parkingCons: VERY slow check in, expensive breakfast, charge for local calls, no free internet/WiFi in rooms, pool water could use improvementAdded tip: We found out after we checked out that there is a nice walking trail somewhere behind the hotel property.

3. We noticed that there were only 3 bath towels, no wash, no hand and there were 4 of us in the room (this was written about in previous reviews and they still have not fixed this issue).

5. I had a young child in the room that needed a bath and to go to bed but we had to wait for an extra hour just because of the towels - if you have kids, you know how annoying that can be.
