1. I explained to the manager that the bed was too small and he offered a replacement.

2. In terms of clubs, stay as far away from BED as possible (small, cramped and hot- and $14 for a glass of water) but DO go to Mansion.

4. The receptionist then had us moved to the 5th floor (actually the 3rd floor) into a smaller room with just a king size bed, so we had to get a roll away, which was fine.
