When I tried to complain the assistant

or even get a name on a card to complain to one didn't come out for ten minutes.

But I would recommend it to others just because I think that 3 out of the 6
manager
s that we spoke to were honestly appalled by the whole situation and did everything they could to try to make our stay as pleasant as possible after each incident.
