Saturday night there were no valets when we pulled in, through hiking up the stairs with bags while my foot is in a cast, to finding there was no one at the front desk, and no one came when I called and called, then the valet comes to the bottom of the stairs and stands there waiting for me with a cast on my foot to bring go back down the stairs and bring him the keys.
