1. My room had a king size bed that was super comfortable, and the balcony had a nice city view.

Finally after about my fourth call to the front desk to complain/ask for something else to be taken care of in the room (after taking a quick trip to the pool to look around, we arrived back at the room to find a maintenance man repairing the refridgerator and safe), I went back to the front desk and explained that we were here for a special occassion and that this room was providing us with anything but.

6. Then we walk into the room and were welcomed with a musty stale stench that can only be explained because the laundry room was right across the hall on the same floor with all of the old stale used beach towels piled up in the hallway.

9. every hotel employee was friendly and coffee is free in the room with cream and sugars, refridgerator is included under the safe and only bad thing was no microwave.
