3. We stayed in a two bed suite - plenty of space, nice TVs, good bathroom etc. Free coffee/tea and ice machine in lobby was a nice bonus.

5. The most important issues are good: comfortable bed, clean linen, clean bathroom, reasonable sized room for NYC, good location (near Times Square), decent breakfast.

7. I would just give them a little advice about the decor, I know that the hotel has been recently refurbished but the green walls and greenish bed robe make it look a bit out of date, but a part from that I would definetly recomend this hotel for the location and great value for money.
