7. Nothing worked there: (1) the lobby's so-called business centre has 2 desktops in the lobby (not in a private room) and the printers connected to the desktops did not work; (2) there is only one self-served laundry facility and the dryer did not work; (3) the air-conditioning in the room did not work; (4) the bathroom was dirty and the fan was super loud plus you could acutally smell your neighbour(s) smoking weeds at night and in the morning; (4) the carpet was dirty and my 2-year son who refused to wear slippers got black feet; (5) Wi-Fi did not work.
