1. To sum it up, we ended up checking into another hotel on the third night since the manager promised us a complimentary night which he said he will adjust upon check out.

3. Although, i'm sure this makes things easier for restaurant staff, it makes for an unpleasant experience for the customer, especially when we are also paying to stay at the hotel that includes free breakfast as most hotels include some kind of complimentary breakfast option to their guests.

5. If you are looking for 600 count sheets and a complimentary bottle of mouthwash, then stay at the Sheraton Suites downtown-- but if you are looking for a mid-scale comfortable clean room in a safe area, this is perfect.

6. There are TONS of places to eat close by, including a Chili's, the best BBQ place in San Diego is across the street (per a local), Red Lobster, and many many more- there's even a Starbucks just down the street, and a Target within walking distance (although the lobby has a very yummy espresso/coffee machine, which is complimentary!).
