3. You can get a dollar's worth from the gift shop, and three dollar's worth from the restaurant, and once you're done roaming the whole place for quarters, the detergent machine is empty, wasting the quarters, and you don't have enough to get any laundry done anyway.

Nothing worked there: (1) the lobby's so-called business centre has 2 desktops in the lobby (not in a private room) and the printers connected to the desktops did not work; (2) there is only one self-served laundry facility and the dryer did not work; (3) the air-conditioning in the room did not work; (4) the bathroom was dirty and the fan was super loud plus you could acutally smell your neighbour(s) smoking weeds at night and in the morning; (4) the carpet was dirty and my 2-year son who refused to wear slippers got black feet; (5) Wi-Fi did not work.

8. They said their quarter machine was 'broken' but still could not provide guests with quarters, even when their air hockey table & laundry facilities were eating our quarters.

9. Three of the 4 dryers had a sign saying they didn`t work, and after two cycles with the 'working' dryer, we ended up taking the laundry to a nearby hotel to dry.

10. Coin op laundry facilities ($1 to wash and 75 cents to dry, bring quarters, the front desk didn`t have any!) are great for cleaning up after the kids.
