1. my experience started during check in when i came to know that my reservation through hotwire was for two people will be with two separate queen beds, but the hotel service disk offered me free upgrade for junior suite for no extra charge.

5. They always leave the hotel with only one manager the same front Desk manager every single day, Im from Argentina and I go every six months to San Diego for business, as a business person I want receive good services, sometimes we don't get what we want.
