1. The free breakfast is very restricted, and they allow NO substitutions (unless you make friends with the staff at DuPar's first).

3. You will get a clean room, but not a very friendly staff (when asked for an extra blanket, they advised we could come to the lobby to get one---no offer of bringing one to us).

4. The room's furnishings (we had a junior suite) were OK but the AC sounded like a Mack truck, (and the staff were notified that it was noisy but it was not fixed); there was an exposed cord (actual wiring exposed) in our room (#235) and our friend's room telephone was not even hooked up.
