4. After 'researching' my claims by looking at their online reviews, Priceline determined that the hotel was perfectly fine, no there was no way for a refund, there was no one else I could talk to, etc. So, sucking it up, my partner and I arrived at the Mission Plaza Hotel, hoping for the best since we were sufficiently stuck with it.
