1. Stayed in 729 and had mold in ceiling in bathroom, vent fan did not appear to work and main room windows were filled with water dripping down them after 2 showers.

2. The only complaints we had with the property was that our floor (five) had an unpleasant smell that did not dissipate even after housekeeping tried to address the issue, and the interior of the bathroom was not as clean as would be expected from a Hyatt Regency.
