1. We have actually stayed in courtyard Marriotts for less money, that were just as luxurious.

8. I am told that they can't refund me any money because I purchased my stay through Priceline (so does that mean that Priceline pockets all the money?:\ )Even now I am still waiting to hear back from Hyatt management about our experience (but I don't expect one a fix).
