8. I am told that they can't refund me any money because I purchased my stay through Priceline (so does that mean that Priceline pockets all the money?:\ )Even now I am still waiting to hear back from Hyatt management about our experience (but I don't expect one a fix).

10. The hotel seemed to be very dead to me, I asked one of the valets what the booking % was right now, and he said it wasn't very busy, so I don't understand why she refused to upgrade us, but it worked out the best for us anyway, and actually the hotel lost money.
