1. We finally got a knock on the door around 5:30 p.m. asking if we'd like housekeeping to make up the room -- at least they finally came, but at that point we were in the middle of getting ready for the wedding that night so declined the service.

9. I feel like 5:30 p.m. is pretty late for housekeeping, even if the hotel is busy (we saw carts on our floor earlier in the day, so not sure why we were overlooked).
