1. Several minor maintenance issues (bathroom) should not have existed -- towel rack and toilet paper holder both fell off, shelf over toilet crooked and loose, afraid to use it in case it decided to fall down too.

5. The decor is sort of dated and our bathroom is just a little too tiny especially for an upgraded price (the door literally hits the toilet and does not open all the way) but is is clean and the internet is free and the room itself is a little bigger than average.
