What was wrong with Doubletree?-Hotel was empty yet we were put in a room not facing inwards towards the pool, but over the lovely main road and car par!-Beds were too small in the room (the smallest we have ever had in Florida)-Room smelt moudly and damp on entering-Toilet kept breaking-Taps hanging off in the bathroom-Had to pay extra for the fridge-Green carpet on the floor was dirty and marked-Dirt behind the door in the bathroom which was not cleaned for the 2 weeks we stayed there.

9. Minor grumbles about the room: the bathroom is a small, cramped space, the carpet could do with being shampooed; and the Wolfgang Puck coffeemaker is a very annoying contraption - it seems to be impossible to use it without spilling water.
