6. Spacious rooms, fast room service (was pretty darn good too!), very helpful HHonors desk (resolved a parking cost issue for a conference we attended on property), and well located to Pointe Orlando (great food places such as Cuba Libre and BB King's restaurant).

9. there was also a kid club which was a an activty room where they kids could come and go as they please some of the activities there was a charge for but only lasted 1 hr and the rest of the day was free, susie was excellent with the kids, room servise was excellent, there was the usual extra room service charges but big portions and great for late nite after all day at the parks, easy access to disney only 10-15 in a car, cant wait to go back.

10. The resort has several pools, family outdoor play areas (playgound, cornhole, outdoorsy-style games) restaurants, and the room service is great--food is delicious.
