1. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly especially the valet guys outside the hotel.

8. We used the valet parking at only $18 per day, we had a very friendly valet service from Matthew Wheeler he was very prompt and our car was always there waiting for us to start our day.

9. We got Taxi to Universal which was $20 from the hotel really easy just stepped outof the reception and the valet guys asked if you needed help, they put there hand up and a taxi shuttle appeared within seconds excellent service.

10. Super nice at the front desk and the valet guy was really nice and didn't try to up sell me on valet for my 3 night stay, let me know its cheaper and more convenient for me to park right in front of my room.
