1. lush warm cookies at check in with a nice welcome from reception staff,we stopped in block 10 over looking the main pool which could get a bit noisey at night but no probs to us, our room was very clean with fridge microwave and free safe,excellent buffet breakfast $14.99 +tax and tip per person children free, we also tried the village inn across the road which was nice and you get 10% off the bill if you tell them your from the hotel.

2. He did not ask any further questions about reasons etc. So I took my bill and opened the door of my car.

3. Very pricey bar and lounge with not so good bartenders and they also add the gratuity to your bill thanks to our out of town friends who don't like to tip.

4. The food in the restaurant was expensive - and watch that you realize at dinner they automatically add a tip - I didn`t catch this and tipped an additional $7 on top of my bill - which wasn`t a big deal - just annoying.

6. Oh, they did give us a 60 credit which they applied to the parking bill (15 per day), and internet service (10 per day).

9. We opted to eat most of our breakfasts just across the road at the 'Village Inn' - there we paid $28 for four VOB breakfasts, and you got a further 10% off of the final bill there is you mentioned that you were staying at the DoubleTree.

10. If you are going to bill yourself as a remodled, upperclass hotel, than shouldn't it be that way for all.
