1. I get back to the new room, I tuck my boy in bed and I'm ready for a nice long shower to find that I don't have any toiletry items in my room.

10. If we had any negative comments the bath has seen better days - but the hotel has made the most of the bathroom decoration with a fresh clean shower curtain clean and Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries readily available.
