The prosThe hotel has a great location on I drive and is very close to sea world and aquatica The recent renovation has made the hotel immaculate, beautifully designed modern rooms and a lovely garden like setting when walking around the groundsThe hotel has a number of good facilities available to its guests, we had some great benefits including quick queue to sea world and complimentary transport to parks Great restaurant across the road called the village inn, very reasonable in terms of price and menu choiceThe cons On arrival to our room we noticed the carpet was wet, we think it had just been shampooed but had not been adequeately ventilated for it to dry, if this happens to you swap your room immediately as it wasn't nice sleeping in a damp room.

2. The property can be slightly confusing upon arrival, due to the property's size and parking layout, but the valet attendants were extremely helpful in letting me know where to park my car.

5. Super nice at the front desk and the valet guy was really nice and didn't try to up sell me on valet for my 3 night stay, let me know its cheaper and more convenient for me to park right in front of my room.

6. It also boasted the best place to park near to the room with there being fewer cars in this area of the complex and was easy and quick to reach the main reception area when required.

The main big negative for this hotel was the expensive parknig charges of $12 per day plus tax, which for 2 weeks works out very expensive, especially when your paying for parking at disney etc. I would suggest the hotel do discount rates for hotel guests who stop 1week plus maybe, as i was told people are starting to park over the road and local places for like $10 a week then its liek a 1minute walk to your car each day.
