1. It is close to the people mover, Comerica Park, Ford Field, Opera House, Fox Theatre, etc. Great beds, small bathrooms but adequete, nice tv's and room furniture, breakfast looked good.

3. Rooms dirty, hallways narrow and dark, the air conditioner/heater sticking out the window had dirty air filters sticking out of it as well as a cleaning rag left on the floor of our bathroom that had hair in the tub/shower walls.
