8. -when I returned to my room after 11pm, the sliding 'automatic' door wouldn't open to let me in, and their was no one in the lobby, I had to bang on the glass, then the guy asked if I was a guest with a room in the hotel(rude!)-No microwave or mini fridges in room, or lobby.
