The other standout on the trip was the service; everyone from the front-desk to housekeeping was extremely polite and courteous but the prize went to the Parking attendant Eddie, who retrieved our car from the garage only minutes after parking it because we had forgotten some important documents.

2. Housekeeping was also not quite up to par--the floors in the bathroom appeared to be a bit dirty, as if the housekeeping staff had moved through a bit too quickly.
