1. My room was fine, everything as it should be, clean and tidy and a comfortable bed to sleep in with a good shower and tv.

2. Rooms dirty, hallways narrow and dark, the air conditioner/heater sticking out the window had dirty air filters sticking out of it as well as a cleaning rag left on the floor of our bathroom that had hair in the tub/shower walls.

3. The website said that the rooms had been updated but and our room was, though the bathtub was stained and there was no water presssure in the shower.

6. Additionally, when I took a shower in the morning, the steam was sufficient to set off the smoke alarm in my room, and so I had phone calls from the front desk and the hotel engineer knocking on my door as I left the shower.
