3. no microwave (but there is a fridge, we brought hom our leftovers, but nowhere to reheat them), bathroom had some minor wall and ceiling costemtic repairs that were poorly done and looked messy, breakfast was not impressive (fresh fruit, toast, bagels, english muffins, oatmeal, cereal) and several things were out when wanted them.

9. My only small complaints: the continental breakfast wasn't fantastic (just cereal, juice, and fruit), and the bathroom is TINY.
