1. )Upon entering our room it was found that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly (there was hair still in the tub and there was only about 1 use left on the toilet paper.

3. Lovely clean big rooms, and all the usual extras, hairdryer, iron, coffee making etc. the bathroom was a little small compared to the room size, and there could have been a few more toiletries, equally one could only make one cuppa per day for 2 people.
