Compact lobby had everything a traveller/tourist needed, included a Starbucks/snack area & complimentary computer access, (both tended to be understandably busy in the morning with conventioneers heading across the street to the Sheraton but rarely a queue at other times of the day), a comfortable seating area, concierge desk, (which was particularly helpful dealing with requests which these staff must hear 100 times a week but still went the extra mile to deliver as if it was the first time) and even a device to wrap dripping wet umbrellas in at the lobby entrance.
