5. Had a great time in Boston did the freedom trail with the family over two days before the marathon - Not ideal preperation but had to see Boston whilst I was there, Accom was really good I usually stay in more budget/family style accom but this location really suited my requirements for the marathon, Enjoyed the more luxurious accom and had a great view from our room - Fenway park looked great under lights for a night match on our first night.

6. The fitness center and the pool area were joined together on the same floor at this hotel; the problem with this was that there were unruly young children running around in their bathing suits, leaving the fitness center rather wet and unwelcoming.

10. We gave in and had to 'dry clean' some underwear and a swim suit, we never saw the swim suit again and we were acused of not filling out the itemized content list.
