1. Otherwise you can opt to pay something like $14 per day before taxes and fees for Internet in your room.

2. My room was on the 11th floor with 2 beds, desk with chair, one upholstered chair, flat screen tv, coffee maker on top of a refigerator but no mini bar and wifi for a fee.

5. I requested a late check out on one of the rooms as we had an evening flight and offered to pay the fee but was given a complimentary late check out which made our last day so much more enjoyable.

7. As a Gold HHonors member, the hotel upgraded us to breakfast with hot items from the Diamond Lounge Continental Breakfast (but if you have to pay an upgrade fee, don't, because it wasn't well prepared or tasty).

8. When I saw that this happened the hotel was absolutely NO help, would not refund my parking fee, and even asked us to leave because they didn't want the police to come to the hotel.

9. BTW - my review would have been lower if I didn't carry my own Internet access fob with me; this hotel's fee is through the roof.
