6. the room was small and charming but there were some really basic aspects of the hotel that just seemed tired and worn out - the furniture in my room was scratched up and old looking (not in an 'antique' way), the drywall on the ceiling of my bathroom actually had a sagging hole in it, from what looked like water damage above, and the elevators were really dingy and smelly.
