1. the night before my wedding, the bridal party stayed here, check in was a hassle, we reserved our rooms on the internet 1 day inadvance, (we could have gone anywhere, but since the theme of my wedding was the royal princess, I wanted to start early, it just set the right theme) they did not have the reservations, it took 2 managers and a desk clerk to finally find our rooms, but once that was done, I cannot tell you enough, the room service was fast, the servers were nice.
