1. We absolutely took advantage of a very quaint bar area that was actually very intimate; we enjoyed a little bit of a refuge from the bustling and active restaurant scenes and the Circle Center Mall and enjoyed the quiet and romantic bar.

2. We called down they moved us to a handicap room where the TV worked, but offered us nothing in return for our inconvenience Not even an offer to help move our bags etc. We would have been happy with literally in small token- ie a 10 dollar bar voucher.
