1. The hotel kindly gave us a military discount and a nice corner room, with a little couch and other chairs where we could visit with our friends who were in the area.

3. Perhaps after they have finished 'renovating' the hotel it will be more client friendly, but until then, they could at least give potential guests a 'fair warning' of the accomodations and ofter a discount until the upgrades are completed.

4. When i stayed there I rented the penthouse sweet and there was some water damage to the ceiling that was being repaired so we got a discount on the room .

5. They finally reimbursed us, and we got a quick apology for the length of time it took, but we both left with the impression that reception staff do not like discounts and special deals and had not been told enough about the Groupon).
