1. Since the restuarant serves regular breakfast to 'paying' customers they get the best treatment.

7. The free breakfast is only available from 7 to 9 a.m. Add these inconveniences to a high occupancy tax and $25 for overnight parking, and a hotel in the suburbs becomes a lot more attractive.
