1. The room looked nice, I guess we were in a renovated one, but there were lights burned out, the remote was dead, the balcony next door was disgusting with mop buckets, shoes, and trash on it.

3. The sliding door to the balcony was quite difficult to open and close and I suspect an older person with arthritic fingers would have trouble with this.

5. Dirty balcony chairs, furniture banged up in our room, counter top and sink area banged up, closet door off track, couldn't take showers the last day because the water was scalding hot, cold breakfast buffet.

7. We got the BEST ROOM AVAILABLE- top floor, granite kitchen, horrible bathroom, uncomfortable beds, sand on the un carpeted floor and ocean view cracked balcony with ONE chair.

8. The manager, Maria, offered us a different room that was ready and I asked if it had a balcony, since we paid $15 extra per night for one.
