There were some housekeeping issues that need to be addressed as well- our balcony was not very clean in that the floor needed to be mopped and the table wasn't washed, but all-in-all we were very satisfied; except that the airconditioner did not keep our room cool enough for us as it was undersized for the room.

7. Everything from the old noisy elevator, the paint coming off the bathroom door, the rotted or missing caulking on the bathroom vanity, the broken tiles in the pool, the balcony door lock which doesn't work right, 70's decor shower curtains.
