The tub had a film on it and we requested it be scrubbed good; they only gave us one night complimentary coffee so we had to ask for it each day; they do not provide you with a morning paper nor a weekly TV guide so we never knew what was on TV when in the room at night; the windows were all spotted and the housekeeping staff said they could ot get them clean.

10. You can't dial anything directly - not room service, not the front desk, not housekeeping, not the concerge - it is SUCH an awkward system - it discourages you from requesting anything or asking for help!who wants to wait on hold to ask for a hanger or for a turn down service.
