6. I would stay there again based on Duke's, the ocean (Kalapaki Bay), and the convenience of Lihue to all of the other island destinations -- but the hotel room and pool definitely needed to be renovated where we were staying.

7. And the swimming in the ocean was very nice (Kalapaki Bay) -- the pool was being renovated and there was dirt and porcelin in the pool (we still swam but felt it could have been a million times better) -- but the ocean was nice.
