1. This will help to avoid having to get your luggage and go to another terminal to check in.

2. At check in we stood there for about 10 minutes before being helped and were rudely told that we booked a garden room untill I showed my confirmation letter, which showed our reservation for an ocean view room as an upgrade for $100 more a night.
