1. Walking distance to JJ broilers, Dukes and several other places gave us the variety for the 6 nights considering that we like to walk instead of drive.

4. If you go to Poi'pu make sure to walk through the Marriott Vacation Club area and keep walking down the beach to where the Outrigger Plantation and Sheraton have their beach frontage which is bigger and better, plus the Sheraton has oceanside walk-up eat and drinks.

9. You definately want a car on this island, but there are several restaurant choices within walking distance.
