1. The people above us were incredibly kind and kept the noise down after we spoke with them (we had a young baby we were trying to get to sleep).

7. Although all the parking spaces around our building were taken we felt as if we were only folk there - no noise from other rooms at all, save for very occasional plumbing pipe creaks that seem common to every hotel I've ever stayed in.

9. Cons: We ended up buying earplugs because of an invasive hum all night, we did not need to use our airconditioner, the fridge had some noise, but this noise sounded like a compressor.
