2. Housekeeping didn't come pick up our room service trays right away and some seagulls rummaged through it, leaving a big mess on the sidewalk and taking off with a napkin but when I called room service, they came right away.

3. We attended the Hawaiian Luau at the Kona Kai Resort just up the beach (held in the summer on Friday nights and highly recommended!)Room service is available (we used it for breakfast), and service was prompt.

8. I couldnt believe it!60 dollars plus a 5 dollar tip ( i didnt realize gratuity was included) and they cant bring me up syrup for my family to eat?it was a huge inconvienence and the girl that took my order was rude and should have realized that people order room service for a reason.
