1. It was very easy to get to the other areas such as Coronado, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Beautiful beaches, Cabrillo Point, etc. They had 2 hot tubs and two pools.

6. Across from the hotel is a walking path which a play ground, fishing pier, numerous bronze sculptures and a nice (small) beach with fire pits.

7. The hotel offered free beach cruiser rentals, which we didn't have time to take advantage of, but they would have been great for exploring the island.
