1. You still have old kitchens (a big expense) Your A/C from reading other reviews could use some replacement - another big expense.

2. On the plus side it is beautifully placed for the Zoo and our room had a full kitchen so we were able to cook ourselves a meal in the room two nights and did not have to brave the foul weather.
